Dinkel, a junior from Basel, Switzerland, had a hand in all three goals in the Maroons 3-1 victory over Bridgewater College, helping Roanoke to a 1-0-1 week. Dinkel assisted on the game's opening goal and then helped put RC back in front in the second half with his second assist. He capped the games scored with a 20-yard free kick from his prefer left foot to the near post. Roanoke went on to tie Randolph College, 0-0, on Friday evening, keeping the Maroons undefeated in conference play and atop the ODAC standings at 4-0-1 (7-2-2 overall). Dinkel leads the ODAC in points (20) and goals scored (7), and is tied for tops in assists (6).

The Maroons return to action on Wednesday, October 8th as they play Emory & Henry at Kerr Stadium for a Pack the House game.� That contest is scheduled for a 7:00 PM start.
