Roanoke's women's soccer team will be in action this evening against Fredonia State Universtiy in the first game of the 2012 Roanoke College Invitational. The game is scheduled for a 5:00 PM start.

The women's soccer team made their third appearance in the NCAA tournament last season and they are looking to return in 2012. The team's top scorers, Carmen Graves and Rebekah Adams, both return and combined for 15 goals last season. Also Returning are Stephanie Parenteau, Cindy Suttora, Sarah Valero and Kara Kapell, who combined for 17 goals, including seven game winners.

Also, this evening will be the first Friday on the Quad (FOTQ). FOTQ is an all-campus, family style picnic with great food, entertainment and fellowship for the entire RC community each Friday through September. Dinner is FREE for students, faculty, staff and their immediate families. (Faculty, staff and students must present their Maroon Cards in order to go through the food lines.) Dinner will be served on the Back Quad from 4:30-6:30pm.

Following tonight's soccer game, RC After Dark will be hosting Bingo, located in the Colket Center at 9:00 PM. Be sure to come out, have fun, and win great prizes.
