SALEM - The Roanoe College vs Maryville College women's soccer game scheduled for 7:30 PM on Saturday, September 1st has been cancelled. An increased ammount of lightning caused the game to be postponed for over two hours before the game was finally called.

The Maroons will be back in action next weekend as they head to Lynchburg for the Shellenberger Classic. Roanoke will take on Averett University on Saturday, August 8th at 1:30 PM, then they will play Kenyon College on Sunday, August 9th at 11:00 AM.

The Men's soccer team is still scheduled to play thier contest tomorrow, August 2nd, against #22 Neumann University at 2:30 PM.
