Carmen Graves Named ODAC Women's Soccer Player of the Week
FOREST - On Monday, Roanoke College senior Carmen Graves was named ODAC Women's Soccer Player of the Week.

Graves, a Christiansburg, Va. native, helped Roanoke to a 2-0-1 week that including a 1-1 draw with nationally second-ranked Emory University on Sunday. Graves opened her week with two goals in a 6-1 win over Guilford. She followed that with an assist in a 2-0 shutout of Shenandoah for the Maroons' second conference win of the week. Against Emory, Graves supplied Roanoke's scoring effort against the NSCAA Atlantic South Region's top rated squad with a goal in the 56th minutes. Her seven points this week marked the first output for the three-sport star (indoor track, outdoor track) this season.

The Roanoke women's soccer team returns to action on Tuesday, September 17th as they travel to Harrisonburg to face Eastern Mennonite in ODAC action. That contest is scheduled for a 7:00 PM kickoff .
