On Friday night, September 6th, the Roanoke College women's soccer team will host Averett University at Kerr Stadium at 7:00 PM.� The event is a�"Pack The House"�event, which means we want to fill the stands with the Roanoke College faithful to show support to our teams.� The women's soccer team currently has a 1-1 record after the Roanoke Invitational, having defeated Birmingham-Southern 3-0 in the season opener.
FREE TAILGATE
There will be a free tailgate at the Colket Center Sutton Terrace.� There will be food fired up on the grill, as well as soft drinks and water.� Fans that come to the game will receive free thundersticks.� We encourage all fans to come out and make a ton of noise for the women as they take on Averett University.�� The Roanoke College Spirit Team will also be in attendance to put on a performance at halftime of the game.

Roanoke College Athletics sports talk show, Tuesday Night Live is returning in 2013.� The show is moving to a monthly format, and will be taking place on the second Tuesday of each month.� The show emanates from Mac and Bob's in downtown Salem.� The show, hosted by Ron Myers and Bob Southard, begins at 9:00 PM and will also be shown on our website.
